Purpose of award: To provide need-based financial assistance to undergraduate students who reside in Massachusetts and who are enrolled in and pursuing a program of higher education.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be permanent legal residents of Massachusetts and have an Expected Family Contribution (EFC) between $0 and $3,800. Applicants must be enrolled as full-time students in a certificate, associate or bachelor's degree program and not have received a prior bachelor's degree or its equivalent.
