Description
The Bern Laxer Memorial Scholarship is available to students seeking careers in food service and hospitality management. You must be majoring in culinary arts, hospitality management or viticulture/oenology, be a resident of Florida, have a minimum one-year culinary experience either as a student or employee, and submit an essay expressing your interest in your chosen career to be eligible for this award.
