The President's Scholarship is open to incoming freshmen who plan on enrolling full-time at Kent State University. You must be an out-of-state resident to qualify for this renewable award. This award is based on GPA, ACT/SAT scores, and extracurricular activities. The value of the scholarship is that is waives the surcharge for out-of-state tuition.
