Purpose of award: To support young musicians and composers.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be instrumentalists under the age of 17 and be members of the National Federation of Music Clubs. This award rotates by region with the Northeastern and Southeastern regions in even years and Central and Western regions in odd years.
Target applicant: High school students
Minimum GPA: None
Amount: $500-$1,000.
Number of awards: 2.
