Description The League of World War I Aviation Historians sponsors an annual Call for Student Papers. These papers can be on any subject, as long as it relates in one form or another to the subject of aviation during the 1914-1918 time frame.
Entries are to be at least 10 double-spaced pages in length (not including bibliography) and must me cleanly and clearly typed (i.e., no hand written entries or faint dot matrix printed entires). The format of the entry should be in that required by the academic institution in which the student is enrolled. It is encouraged that entries be submitted in both hard form and on disk. All entries will be judged by a panel of members of the League who are knowledgeable in the subject of the entry. Prizes of $250 for first place and $100 for each of five Honorable Mention entries will be awarded. The League reserves the right, but not the obligation, of publishing winning entires in its "Over the Front" Journal.
