Purpose of award: To aid residents of Georgia with substantial financial need in attending postsecondary institutions in Georgia.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must demonstrate substantial financial need, be eligible to receive the Pell Grant and be enrolled at a Georgia college, university or technical college at least half-time. Applicants must also complete and submit the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and for renewal must maintain satisfactory academic progress.
