Purpose of award: To provide financial aid to the dependent children of FRA members or LA FRA members.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be the dependent children of members of either the Fleet Reserve Association or the Ladies' Auxiliary of the Fleet Reserve Association who are in good standing. This scholarship is alternated between male and female recipients each year (males - odd years) (females - even years). Recipients must be high school seniors or college undergraduates pursuing undergraduate degrees and are selected on the basis of academic record, financial need, leadership skills and character.
