Purpose of award: To support members of the FRA, their spouses and their dependent children or grandchildren.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be members of the FRA in good standing, or the spouse or dependent children/grandchildren of a member who is in good standing or was in good standing at time of death. Recipients are determined on the basis of academic record, leadership skills, character and financial need.
