Purpose of award: To help students from moderate and low income families afford a college education.
Eligibility requirements: Applicants must be Louisiana residents who have been admitted and enrolled in an undergraduate program at a Louisiana public or private college or university. They must be first time freshmen or adult students who have not been enrolled in credit bearing courses for at least one academic year. Financial need is required.
